There's another report talking about how the more toxic batches were sent to RED states. Amazing this is still mostly unknown.

Looks like vax companies purposely used different strength doses, probably to analyze the differences in effects. Also looks like, for the US, STRONGER (more lethal) batches were sent to RED STATES and weaker (less lethal) batches to BLUE STATES.
