SC Wing POC for this event is Matt Lawton, matthew.lawton@scwgcap.org, so coordinate actions with him and direct questions to him. At present he and I know as much about this as you see below. This is a MAR mission undertaking and we are support
This is a high-profile event so please make sure your assigned aircraft are clean and presentable and current with wash, data bases, AIF book, tire pressures etc
For the first time Civil Air Patrol is supporting flights for an Eyes on the Horizon Event in conjunction with Charleston AFB and the Legacy Flight Academy. This event will be flying 200 non-affiliated youth for a quick orientation ride. These flights will be one trip in the Charleston AFB VFR pattern, so about a .3-4 Hobbs per flight. Support is needed from SC, NC, FL, GA and possibly VA wing. To make this event happen, I need the following:
25 CAP aircraft (2 youths per flight), and Orientation pilots. Aircraft will need at least 15 hours before an oil change/100hr on them.
Flightline Marshalers and a supervisor
Vehicle support, 3 vans and a smaller vehicle
Cadets and Seniors to add in the movement of the cadets
We have rooms for 25 pilots on both Friday and Saturday* night.
Looking for a Friday night arrival, flights are in two blocks, Morning and afternoon. Scheduled to be complete ~1600.
Please start looking at your aircraft and pilots, and let me know how many aircraft you can support. I need numbers by the 17th.
Thank you in advance for your support.

It's a housing problem anon. Most county jails can't handle that sort of intake.
There's a 50 cent solution for each trafficker, but society is all hung up on due process and shit.
Believe it or not, this place is stuffed to the rafters with cunning linguists.
