My thought is that he knows they'd leak info, breaking laws in the process. This would make them criminals, and could then remove their client-attorney privileges with their clients. Meaning they can not only be prosecuted, but made to spill the beans on Clinton/Obama et al.
I hope I'm right. Man, would that make for a crazy fucking movie.
