Likely because it's not completely full of idiots. There are a lot of pro-vaxers who are anti covid vaccine. Maybe they'll reassess vaccinating their children at all now if that's still an option. I have very little hope that outcome will happen.
I think it says everything about our "higher education system" that science is not considered a legitimate exception for vaccination.
