I don't frequent bars, but that is a good opportunity to chat it up with strangers if your town is large enough to remain anon doing it.
I find that when placing memes (photo lab printed) it works best to slip them under the table glass at restaurants. Or put them on the inside glass of retail windows - behind other hangings so store persons don't see them so easily. Also comical placement such as inside/behind light fixtures or edges (slits) of locked display cases. (they have to unlock it to remove them!)
Sometimes it depends on the meme, but keeping it tasteful and not directly about trump or biden helps. Everyone for example hates Klaus and his bugs, so fewer people will rip those down. But dumbocrats rip down biden ones with extreme prejudice.
I hate walmart, but it is the only place nearby to print photos while I wait (using the name "cash customer" and no valid address).
I never mention Q or "Qanon" but used to overlay text to wearethene.ws when it was alive.
Have lurked after placement and watched people chuckle and start conversations, so it works. Even if just tossed on the ground in a high traffic area, people tend to notice.
It has been a few months since I have engaged. I need to get about 30$ and about 5 good current event memes and get back to work.
Meme such as:
Ohio = 0$
Ukraine = 100million
would work.
