Hello!

I will focus on Biden's variable slant, which means he gets pulled off in different directions emotionally real easily.

He may not know what he wants to do, and then he wants to do this and, next week or month he may want to do that.

What pleases him one day may displease him the next. He can easily change his mind. He can be unsettled and inconsistent.

People that write a variable slant don't work well on jobs because they're too undependable and unreliable. But if they handle this aspect, they can turned it into flexibility and they can be top management.

Biden's writing has high, long, and strong t-bars with good rhythm of spacing which shows he was able to use his emotional nature in his favor. It made him flexible so he can interact with people of all backgrounds. And he would thrive working with a schedule that is dynamic because he adjusts to changes real fast. And with his high intelligence, he could be the jack of all trades, wearing many hats.

People may have difficulty pinning him down because he can't pin himself down. People may confuse his flexibility as being flighty. However, I believe that flexibility supported him in his political career lasting decades.
