In 2021 Joe Biden nominated him to advise on DHS regulations. Cass Sunstein wrote a book about Star Wars and they were using the Star Wars game to communicate. He is married to Samantha Power who is in charge of USAID.

This guy has a long history at Chicago Law School and Harvard Law School. Him and Obama probably go way back. He is pushing to keep the borders open.
