MTG, in this anon's humble opinion, isn't talking about secession of breaking the union. MTG is talking about taking 95% of the unconstitutional powers the Federal Government has usurped and handing ALL RIGHTS not specifically enumerated in the Constitution back to the States.

State administered: Health Care, Highways, Education, Insurance, Marriage, pre and neo natal issues. The only thing the Federal Government should be doing is cutting trade deals and settling arguments between the states.

MTG is right. The Federal Government needs a HUGE LIPOSUCTION procedure.

Penn State professor tells straight students to watch gay porn to discover bisexuality

https://www.campusreform.org/article?id=20987

On December 6, Penn State professor Sam Richards held a sociology class discussion titled “Trans Issues, TERFs, and The Binary.” During class, he told students “we are all at some level nonbinary." We’re all, very much, easily bisexual.” To prove we are all bisexual he instructed students to “watch gay and lesbian porn.” Directed towards straight men in the class, he added, "If you feel that feeling, look in a mirror, and say huh, maybe I’m just feeling some things that I’m just afraid to release. And maybe you release that and maybe you’d be surprised that maybe you actually are fine being more bisexual.”

The class, SOC 119, has been publicized online via a series of livestreams on Richards’ YouTube channel.

According to the university website, “Every semester 725 students register for SOC 119, the largest race and ethnic relations course in the country. In that room they have the opportunity to re-examine the world and challenge what they believe to be their place in it from a new perspective.” In another SOC 119 lecture, Richards goes into detail about how biological women can urinate standing up, how he played a part in the gender transition of one of his students, and critically evaluated the beliefs of Christians and Muslims on the subject of homosexuality and transgenderism. Other class videos have discussed Free Speech, Hate Speech, and Cultural Appropriation. When Campus Reform reached out to Richards for comment, he responded, “When I discuss these issues, I generally do so as a sociologist, since that shapes how I see the world. From this perspective, ‘sexuality’ is actually quite complex.” He continued, “I have friends/acquaintances who've spent a long time in prison and they have homosexual sex. They're ‘straight’ until they need or want intimacy and then they have homosexual sex.” "What I've seen in my life is that pretty much everyone can get aroused by pretty much anything sexual – including gay sex images or videos. And once aroused, in my humble opinion, we've walked into the world of bi-sexuality or multi-sexuality," he added. Richards concluded by emphasizing that “[n]one of this is a political statement or idea pushing for some radical gender agenda. It's just thinking sociologically and thinking outside the box.” According to Richards, his class has been popular among students across the political spectrum.

Penn State was contacted for comment by Campus Reform. This article will be updated accordingly.

Jerry Sandusky Files New Appeal on Child Sex Convictions

https://www.abc23.com/newspost/jerry-sandusky-files-new-appeal/

Convicted child abuser Jerry Sandusky has filed a new appeal in Centre County court. In the 580 page appeal, Sandusky’s attorney claims there’s new evidence in the case, and is asking for a new trial. Among the new claims is the story of young man, who reportedly initially told police that Sandusky did nothing wrong, and then a few years later, testified that Sandusky sexually assaulted him.

Sandusky’s attorney wants an expert in Repressed Memory to testify, claiming there’s similar stories from other Sandusky accusers, who were paid millions of dollars by Penn State in settlement suits. Also cited in the appeal is the out of court meeting in a State College motel between the presiding judge and attorneys, before Sandusky’s scheduled preliminary hearing in December of 2011. In that meeting, it was decided to waive the preliminary hearing in exchange for Sandusky remaining out of jail on bail. Sandusky’s attorney claims the meeting was highly irregular and allowed the judge to set a stepped up schedule for a trial date, which provided defense attorneys minimal time to prepare for trial. Sandusky was convicted in 2012 on more than 40 counts of child sex abuse. He remains jailed in state prison, serving a 30 year sentence.

NCAA To Return Penn State Wins Lost After Sandusky Scandal

https://www.npr.org/2015/01/16/377780853/ncaa-to-return-penn-state-wins-lost-after-sandusky-scandal

The NCAA has settled a lawsuit with Penn State over sanctions it imposed on the school related to a child abuse scandal involving one of the school's assistant football coaches. Under the settlement, all of Penn State's victories between 1998 and 2011 will be restored and the school will donate $60 million anti-child abuse programs. State officials sued to repeal a consent decree issued in 2012 after the serial abuses of former coach Jerry Sandusky were revealed.

Louis Freeh successfully covered up the Penn State Child Sex Scandal AND got all the Penn State punishments reversed, almost like the scandal never happened.

How do you divide the red and blue states? By following the Constitution. If you don't like a red state, go to a blue state. All 50 states become 'laboratories' for freedom. The 50 states can test social and cultural programs and if they work the other states can look at them and if they don't other states can make sure they don't waste their money on it. The 50 United States don't have to be under different federal governments to have different approaches to governance and legislation. The whole reason there are 50 states is so the people of the United States can follow and be a part of the experiment of freedom that best suits their outlook on life.
