Schindler's Ark is a historical novel published in 1982 by the Australian novelist Thomas Keneally. The United States edition of the book was titled Schindler's List; it was later reissued in Commonwealth countries under that name as well. The novel won the Booker Prize and was awarded the Los Angeles Times Book Prize for Fiction in 1983.

California State Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) may have outdone himself this time. Apparently the Senator is not satisfied eroding parental rights with his bill to allow children as young as age 12 to take the COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent. Or his bill relaxing the penalties for having “non-forcible sodomy, oral copulation, and sexual penetration with a minor.” Or his bill to remove the felony penalty for knowingly exposing another person to HIV.
