President Putin: Before the pandemic we had 4.7 percent, the unemployment rate. And now it's 3.7…that's the record low number. The economy of Russia has overcome the risks… a lot of those risks were impossible to calculate in advance; we had to react on the fly.

President Putin: Gasification free of charge for households, will now be expanded to social facilities such as kindergartens, health care facilities, and this will be a program that will be constantly available to people

President Putin: Russia has a strong payment balance, and does not need to lend any money from other countries, so we don't have to worry about how to repay our debt.

President Putin: In the second quarter or 2023, inflation will reach the target of 4%. Or at least come close to that. In some countries we are seeing 17, or 18, or even 20%.
