Government constraints. Voting is for things like determining what color to paint city hall - stuff that most people can shrug if it doesn't go their way. The state governments create the federal government. There is no national government. That is, itself, an insurrection against federalism.

This doesn't fix corruption completely, but does compartmentalize it. There are a vast majority of things that the federal government is not supposed to do, and it must be made to stop under penalty of death.

The FBI is unconstitutional. The NSA is unconstitutional. The ATF is unconstitutional. Congress has exclusive authority to create law. It is not allowed to delegate its authority. IE - it can't point to an agency and say "what you say is law." That is invalid. That means the CDC, EPA, etc are at best toothless think-tanks on the government gravy train (and should be destroyed).

If Congress needs more manpower to monitor things it intends to legislate - per the original apportionment of representatives, we were to have one rep for every 20k people. We would have a Congress of around 10,000 representatives if that was followed - and I would bet they could find the capacity to operate agencies like an EPA or FDA out of such a member size if they wanted. You are supposed to know your rep, or at least be able to find them in a bar.

State politics are always warlord politics - but at least they are closer to you. Demolish most of the federal government's agencies and charge people with treason for trying to create them without first passing an amendment. People who willingly and intentionally try to subvert Constitutional processes are criminals and must be recognized as such. When they hold public offices and weaponize that office toward those ends, the only appropriate penalty is death or exile with a permanent revocation of citizenship.
