Who decides what a real q post is? Serious question. How can I be sure which of thousands of post are "real q"? What makes this q post not real?

If they were released all at once the media would quickly craft a false narrative around everything shown. This way, the media gets to assume stupid narrative which get blow apart with each new piece of info released.
