I was overweight and decided to try this protein-diets, and it works so well, it´s amazing.

Just eat protein, 6 days of the week. You get one free-day and eat whatever you want, no restrictions.

Protein is meat, cheese, fish etc, look it up.

Also no eating before noon (just coffee) and preferable not after 8 at night. If you just have to have something, stuff yourself with 4 bananas or something.

Fruits and vegetables are like free food, in this sense. You can´t really gain weight from that.

No sodas, juices (full of suger). I drink lots of milk in this.

If you try this you WILL lose weight, Takes patiense, but you´ll start to see results in few weeks, you´ll full of energy and lose weithg without moving a toe in the gym. It really really works, but it takes time. Stick to it. Once you start to see the results you don´t want to go back.

And use the one freeday a week as a carrot, and then go all out when it finally arrives.

Going to the gym along with this just speeds the whole thing up, but also works wonders without it.

..and yeah, you´ll need smaller clothes in 2 months or so.

forgot.. eat as much as you want, no limits. Stuff yourself with protein, but only protein.

If you love steaks, you´ll love this diet. The fat is okey too, get the fattiest steaks you find, no problem.

Typical day for me during this was three meals a day, just throw some beef on a pan, absolutely drown it in butter, some spice.

Not strange to get some diarrhea while changing to this diet, or on/after your weekly freeday. It´s like the body is changing gears and flushing stuff out.

It´s like a secret I found, it works so well, but takes time. Stick to it and you´ll see.

I thought it was some letters, not the book, but anways, looked like the Israel Jews were being used as tools for that, and both them and Arabs marked for mutual annihilation.
