Chairman Xi Plans Moscow Visit, Putin Suspends START Treaty, Maersk Exits Russia, Biden Talks Moldova, Planets Aligning for War

February 21, 2023 | Sundance

First things first, history may not always repeat, but it always rhymes. Secondly, history tells us thatonly two things have ever pulled what we now call “western nations” out of a collective economic depression; (1) war, and (2) housing starts.

If you accept the WEF climate control agenda of a ‘managed transition‘, where economies are reduced in size to match lowered energy production, as generally speaking akin to a western economic depression.… then, you begin to ask the logical question. How do the managers avoid the consequences?

If global (non BRICS) economic contraction is akin to a western economic depression, I would argue the consequences are identical. Then, when major economies are in a state of shrinking and thecitizens are feeling the horrible effects, something large is needed to change the economic equation.

With central banks raising interest rates to achieve the policy supporting contraction, the option for ‘housing starts’ to change the dynamic is removed. That leaves, ‘war’.

President Putin and Chairman Xi are not stupid men. They are big picture strategists.

♦DATA POINT – Russian President Vladimir Putin’s move to suspend his country’s involvement in the last remaining arms control treaty with the U.S. came as a disturbing surprise to multiple former officials who negotiated the pact and nonproliferation experts committed to ending the expansion of nuclear forces. (read more)

Can you blame him? The Western Alliance has already blamed Putin for the global food crisis they created by the World Economic Forum energy policy shift. The Western Alliance accepts no responsibility for advancing hostility -through NATO expansion- on to Russia’s doorstep. The Western Alliance has attempted to sanction Russia out of the global economy. With the same Western Alliance now positioning for war, why would Putin adhere to their limitations?

♦DATA POINT – Chinese leader Xi Jinping is preparing to visit Moscow for a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the coming months, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the plan. (read more)

Can you blame them? Pay no attention to the Reuters narrative woven inside the article about China wanting to negotiate peace. To accept that narrative is to believe there is no dragon behind the panda mask.We are too far into the geopolitical awakening to say the dragon doesn’t exist and simultaneously hold its own interests (belt & road, and/or Taiwan) within the context. Ignoring the dragon behind the mask is really quite silly. BRICS exists as an economic alliance of like-minded nations for exactly this geopolitical dynamic.

♦DATA POINT – Shipping and logistics group A.P. Moller-Maersk (MAERSKb.CO) has agreed to sell its two logistics sites in Russia to IG Finance Development Limited, it said on Monday, nearly marking the end of its business activities in the country. […] After that, Maersk will not have any business in Russia. (read more)

The major multinationals always position themselves to avoid the consequences of war. Additionally, Moller-Maersk is already going to feel a major financial impact from the shrinking of the Western economies they generally service with their cargo transportation. Smaller economies = less cargo = less ships = less revenue.Moller-Maersk has to pick a side; they are aligned with the Western Alliance. Hence their exit from Russia. China/India will eventually fill the void. Again, BRICS.

These are data points just in the last 12 hours. In addition to these data points from today, the saber rattling from the DC foreign policy and war machine financial system is on display in the Biden policy as transmitted from Warsaw. Again, just today.

Like us, I’m pretty sure from watching his statements and eventual policies over the past several years, President Donald Trump views foreign policy through the prism of economics. If “economic security is national security,” then what is it when economic insecurity is an intentional design policy?

All of the economic data points have aligned toward direct military conflict between the Western Alliance and Russia that expands beyond the proxy war in Ukraine.

If the path is continued, this process eventually ends up with World War III. Which, not coincidentally, boils down to the Western Economic Alliance -vs- BRICS, with a few remaining neutral and the middle east as the unknown variable.

Sound familiar?

Look below, you might find a familiar visual reference:

Yep, history rhymes. Any questions?

Joe Biden Sees Ukraine Flags Flying from Homes All Over Small Town America

(Fucking liar speaks again)

February 21, 2023 | Sundance

Perhaps he believes this, but if it is true, I have not been able to locate any evidence.

During his speech in Poland Tuesday, Joe Biden said he sees Ukraine flags flying on American homes “all across – big cities and small towns.”

…”And the American people are united in our resolve as well. All across my country, in big cities and small towns, Ukrainian flags fly from American homes. Over the past year, Democrats and Republicans in our United States Congress have come together to stand for freedom. That’s who Americans are, and that’s what Americans do.”…

Moscow takes aim at West over Nord Stream sabotage

The US and its allies hope the issue will “fade away into the sand,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed

Moscow takes aim at West over Nord Stream sabotage

The West is opposed to a transparent investigation into the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday. Earlier this week, Moscow’s ambassador to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, argued that evidence of Washington’s involvement amounted to “more than a smoking gun.”

Peskov claimed that “the need for a thorough and transparent investigation” contrasted with the aims of Western countries that would rather let the mystery go unsolved.

“We see a brick wall of unwillingness from the collective West [for a transparent investigation]. Quite the opposite, we see their desire to avoid the question and gradually let it fade away into the sand,” he added.

Peskov insisted the incident should beclassified as “a terrorist attack towards energy infrastructure, critically important for the European continent.” According to the Kremlin spokesman, those suspicions were backed by “some surprisingly rather detailed investigations towards who was behind the sabotage.”

Nord Stream comprised a set of two 1,200km natural gas pipelines stretching along the bottom of the Baltic Sea between Russia and Germany. On September 26, 2022, the pipelines were rocked by a series of underwater explosions. The incident occurred ininternational watersand shut off the supply of natural gas to Germany.

The blasts occurred during widespread discussions about limiting gas shipments from Russia to Europe as a response to the conflict in Ukraine.

Earlier this month, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh claimed the sabotage was a “covert sea operation” planned and executed by the US with assistance from Norway. The reporter cited an anonymous source “with direct knowledge of the operational planning.”

The US denied those claims, with White House National Security Council spokeswoman Adrienne Watson calling them “utterly false and complete fiction.”

Denmark, Germany, and Sweden are currently investigating the incident. Peskov called Russia’s exclusion from their ongoing probe detrimental to “establishing the truth and determining responsibility.” On Tuesday, the Russian and Chinese ambassadors to the UNdemanded a transparent international investigation into the matter.

Russia’s closest ally makes claim about Western spies

The head of the Belarusian KGB said the focus was on recruiting officials with access to secret information

Western intelligence services have significantly ramped up their activities against Belarus, Ivan Tertel, the head of the State Security Committee (KGB), said on Wednesday.

Speaking at the session of the Council of the Republic, the upper chamber of the Belarusian parliament, Tertel said that Western spy agencies prioritize the “recruitment of persons who have the opportunity to obtain classified information … employees of law enforcement agencies and employees of the state apparatus.”

In this vein, “aggressive activities of foreign intelligence services” to infiltrate Belarusian power structures require “complex measures” to neutralize the threat to national security, the KGB head said.

His comments came after the lower house of the Belarusian parliament approved new legislation allowing the death penalty for public officials and members of the military should they be found guilty of high treason. To enter into force, it should be approved by the upper house of the parliament and signed by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Tertel said that while the Belarusian law in its current form envisages enhanced responsibility for officials convicted of treason, it does not cover all categories of people that could be targeted by the foreign intelligence. The changes in the legislation are meant to address this issue, he added.

This step “will become a serious deterrent for potential traitors,” he said, describing the punishment as “a preventive measure aimed at precluding serious crimes against the state”.

On Tuesday, Valery Revenko, Assistant to the Belarusian Minister of Defense, said that Minsk was facing external “threats which are primarily connected with large-scale militarization of the European continent and gradual build-up of foreign military presence on our borders.”

Top Russian official gives opinion on ‘correction’ of political system

There is no need for rapid change, Valentina Matvienko has said

The Russian political system does not require any significant changes at the moment, the chair of the upper chamber of the national parliament said on Wednesday.

“There is no need for a rapid swing, a correction of the present political architecture,” Valentina Matvienko told lawmakers during a Federation Council session, according to RIA Novosti.

She cited President Vladimir Putin’s pledge that all upcoming elections will be held as planned as a sign of political stability in Russia.

On Tuesday, Putin delivered a keynote speech to the Federal Assembly – as both chambers of the Russian parliament are collectively called – as well as senior government officials and public figures. The president said that “the external challenges and threats” will not endanger “the rights and freedoms” of the citizens guaranteed by the Constitution.

“I would like to emphasize in this context that elections to local and regional government bodies next September and the presidential elections in 2024 will take place in strict accordance with the law and observance of all democratic, constitutional provisions,” Putin stated.

Some parts of Russia, including the capital, are set to hold municipal and regional elections in September to select legislators and provincial heads. Russia’s next presidential election will be held in September 2024.

French party leader blasts Biden’s ‘Hollywood speech’

Florian Philippot, who heads ‘The Patriots’, lashed out at the US president after he pledged to defend Ukraine

US President Joe Biden’s vow to defend “freedom” in Ukraine was pure propaganda, the leader of French political party ‘The Patriots’ (Les Patriotes), Florian Philippot, said on Tuesday. The comments came after Biden made a speech on the Ukraine-Russia conflict during a visit to Poland on the same day.

“Can you stop feeding us with Hollywood speeches?!” Philippot wrote on Twitter. “‘The freedom of people and democracy’ just like in Libya, Kosovo, Iraq…?! Stop it.”

The politician claimed that “the level of war hysteria on French TV is terrible,” and compared the rhetoric to that of the US media when American troops invaded Iraq in 2003 under President George W. Bush. “Same stupid propaganda, same lies,” added Philippot.

The conservative politician is known for strongly opposing the French government’s decision to supply Kiev with weapons. Philippot has argued that Washington’s support for Ukrainian troops is edging the world closer to a global conflict.

Biden made an unannounced trip to Kiev on Monday before traveling to Poland, where he vowed that “Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia.” The pledge came days after US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin affirmed that Washington would support Kiev “for as long as it takes.”

Moscow launched its military operation in Ukraine nearly a year ago, citing the need to protect the people of Donbass and Kiev’s failure to implement the 2014-2015 Minsk peace accords.

In a speech to Russia’s Federal Assembly and other senior officials on Tuesday, President Vladimir Putin insisted that last year Kiev had been plotting another “punitive action” to retake Donbass by force, having failed to do so in 2014.

Putin argued that Russia’s offensive was aimed at preventing an impending attack, which he said had been endorsed in advance by the West.
