I have not seen these links linked yet. So here it goes. (probably going to take a beating for this)

It appears that most, if not all members of CFR fall under the EO and will be dealt with per the “Memorandum for Daniel J. Bryant” detailing how 18 U.S. Code § 4001 does not, and could not interfere with POTUS constitutional authority to detain US citizens. Then we are referred back to his campaign promise to do everything that he is doing. It looks like the plan is successful.
