Weir formed Headcount as a means of pushing the lib agenda and has for many years registered voters at shows at the headcount booth. Weir wasn't openly pushing Hilslag or Obama but wanted people to vote. I never visited the Headcount booth but I'm sure the shills working the booth were all over pushing dems and not just registering voters.
