Personally, I dont' get how this is strategic to Dems. In the 2010 Census (if you can believe it), the black population was only 15%. Minus out the +/- 2% of the black population sitting in prison makes it less than 15%

I suspect there is another reason for controlling the black population other than votes. My radar is thinking genetic mind control - weaponizing the blacks for their (generally speaking) superiority in strength.

I really don't think there are going to be Dems VS GOP in 2020. Both parties will have too much shame to continue. Lest we forget how Bernie was ousted… and the GOP had to decide IF they (as a party) would back DJT. I have NO respect for either party and I am quite sure I am in a majority (I am ususally in the minority… hmmmm)

I think our After the Storm scenario is going to do a BIG restructuring of politics and agencies.

I would expect changes to the Constitution, elimination of the CIA, elimination of spying on the American public, and a return to honor and justice in our systems.
