Dark Matter, yes. No evidence of it ever found and I don´t believe it exists.
..but dark energy is another 'matter' (pun intended), and undefined. It´s whatever is causing the universe to expand.

I haven´t looked into EU for a while, but never heard them rule out dark energy, whatever that is.
