I woke up this morning thinking about James O’Keefe and PV, I said some prayers for him and whatever was to come and his protection. I went to twitter and

He’s Back!!!. Not at PV

He posted this at 12:29 am today. BTW since he never resigned from PV, and they probably falsely say he’s fired, is it possible the company can be returned to him. He’s the one that brought in the assets of the building, the equipment, etc which had to be a lot of money to produce the videos. Perhaps by some smart legal maneuvers he can get it all back.

This is freaking funny. Buttigieg’s Press Secretary being asked questions, but she didn’t want to be on camera. WTF? Why did she even walk up to them?

Savanah Hernandez

I asked Sec. Buttigieg why it took him almost 3 weeks to come and speak to residents of East Palestine. His press Secretary then told me I was aggressive for trying to ask questions on camera:

2 former House GOP candidates alerted to improper requests for Air Force records

Peters and Dellicker are the fourth and fifth known recipients ofAir Force lettersregarding the records releases, which have sparked an investigation by House Republicans. They are joining Reps. Don Bacon (R-Neb.) and Zach Nunn (R-Iowa) in seeking an additional investigation of any illegal activity that may have occurred surrounding the requests for their military records, a push first reported by POLITICO on Tuesday.

Specifically, the affected Republicans want to know what role, if any, theDemocratic Congressional Campaign Committeeand their Democratic challengers played in receiving and using information that the Air Force improperly disclosed.

“Look, you sanction a hitman to kill somebody, you’re guilty of a crime. You sanction somebody to steal, you’re guilty of a crime,” Peters said in a phone interview on Wednesday. “And the DCCC needs to be [held to account], and I fully intend on making sure they are.”

The House Democratic campaign arm did not return a request for comment on whether it received and used materials provided by Due Diligence Group during the 2022 midterms. According to Federal Election Commission records, the DCCC paid Due Diligence just over $110,000 between January 2021 and December 2022.

TheAir Force has identified 11 people in total as affected by the “unauthorized release of military duty information.” That number includes Bacon, Nunn, Peters, Dellicker and former House GOP candidate Jennifer-Ruth Green of Indiana.

Air Force spokesperson Ann Stefanek said the military branch launched an internal audit after POLITICO reported on Green’s records in October. Green has confirmed that her records were released to Due Diligence.

POLITICO was told by the person who gave it Green’s military records that they were obtained through a public records request. POLITICO reviewed the request for the records made by a third party, which sought a “publicly releasable/redacted copy of OMPF [Official Military Personnel File] per Freedom of Information Act statutes.” The requester identified the purpose of the request as relating to “benefits,” “employment” and “other.”

Missouri AG fires Soros-backed St. Louis prosecutor Gardner for missteps

February 23, 2023

Missouri Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey on Thursday fired St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner for missteps, after she refused to accept his ultimatum to resign by noon.

Bailey issued his ultimatum Wednesday evening after 16-year-old volleyball player Janae Edmonson was visiting St. Louis with her team over the weekend when she was hit by a speeding vehicle and lost both of her legs.

He fired Gardner by initiating "quo warranto" proceedings to remove Gardner after she failed to meet his deadline. The writ requires people to whom it is directed to show what authority they have for exercising some right, power or franchise they claim to hold.

The driver in the weekend accident, Daniel Riley, "is a dangerous gunman who should have been in jail," Bailey said. The suspect was charged in 2020 in connection to stealing a firearm at gunpoint, and since that time he has violated his bond conditions more than 100 times and he never even had a driver's license, local outlet KMOV reported.

"Instead of protecting victims, Circuit Attorney Gardner is creating them," the Missouri attorney general said. "This is the latest in a long pattern of brazen neglect.The St. Louis Circuit Attorney has a long history of failure to prosecute violent crime, with a backlog of at least 3,000 cases."

Gardner, a Democrat whose campaign was supported by contributions from megadonor George Soros, was accused of "disturbing and unethical" behavior by a grand jury last year aftershe admitted to prosecutorial misconductin her case against former Missouri GOP Gov. Eric Greitens.

In April 2022, the Missouri Supreme Court ordered Gardner to comply with a public records request from Just the News Editor-in-Chief John Solomon regarding the prosecution Greitens.

Solomon filed a public records request in July 2019 under the state's Sunshine Law for about two and a half years' worth of communications between Gardner's office and the Missouri Workforce Housing Association, state Reps. Stacy Newman and Jay Barnes, along with several other groups and individuals.

The public records request sought documents related to Gardner's fizzled 2018 prosecution of Greitens, who resigned from the governorship less than two years into his term.

The prosecutor accused Greitens of felony invasion of privacy for allegedly threatening to release a photo of his partially nude girlfriend if she talked about their affair. However, Gardner had to drop the case after admitting she lacked the alleged photo and facing the prospect of being called as a witness in the case by Greteins' lawyers.

Initially, Gardner ignored the public records request, then claimed that the documents did not fall under the state's Sunshine Law. Solomon's suit alleged Gardner's refusal was a knowing violation of the law and sought release of the records, civil penalties and attorneys' fees.

The state Supreme Court refused to hear Gardner's final appeal and sent the case back to trial court, while ordering that her office produce the requested records within 30 days. The court also ordered that Solomon be paid attorney's fees and costs for the appeal.

Gardner before being fired Thursday was also under fire in 2020 for her case against Mark McCloskey, who came into the spotlight for pointing firearms at protesters outside his home during the Black Lives Matter-related unrest. A judge barred her from prosecuting McCloskey after she used his case to fundraise for her reelection campaign.

House Oversight grills Blinken on funding conservative blacklist ahead of censorship bill markup

Feb. 23, 2023

The State Department's financial support for organizations that purportedly police disinformation is drawing scrutiny from the new Republican-controlled House.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) asked Secretary Antony Blinkenfor "documents and a staff-level briefing" by March 2 to "understand the scope" ofState's funding for "a taxpayer-funded censorship campaign" in a letter Thursday.

The Kentucky Republican cited the Washington Examiner series "Disinformation Inc.," which confirmedthe British nonprofit Global Disinformation Index had received $330,000 from the National Endowment for Democracy, almost entirely funded by State, and the now "retired" Disinfo Cloud platformsponsored by State's Global Engagement Center.

The Examiner series reported that GDIblacklisted conservative- and libertarian-leaning U.S. news organizations with advertisers, including Microsoft's Xandr ad exchange, while ranking left-leaning outlets as reputable — even those that promoted the Hunter Biden laptop "Russian disinformation" hoax. George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley called it a "knockoff" of China's social credit system.

NED responded to Examiner coverage by pledging to stop funding GDI, which is alsofunded by progressive megadonor George Soros, to "avoid the perception that NED is engaged in any work domestically."

A committee spokesperson declined to specify any other State funding or participation that concerns Comer but pointed to its scheduled Tuesday markup of two bills related to government-tinged censorship.

H.R. 140 would expand the Hatch Actlby prohibiting federal employees from "using their authority to influence or coerce a private sector platform … to remove, suppress, restrict, or add disclaimers or alerts to any lawful speech."

A bill to be introduced would require the government to report "every instance" of federal agencies communicating with private entities for that purpose over the past five years, naming the employees, platforms and "justification of the action."

The billcould doom the Global Engagement Center's participation in the Department of Homeland Security-blessed Election Integrity Partnership, a private consortium that mass-reports what it considers election misinformation to tech platforms. EIP had a self-reported 35% rate of removal, labeling or soft-blocking in 2020.

GEC alsofunded Internet games that claim to teach players how to spot and discount misinformation, including populist narratives, based on a theory that applies vaccination to media literacy. Blinken told diplomatic and consular posts to promote the games with local leaders.

"The purpose of these [GDI] risk ratings is to ==pressure advertisers= into pulling their ads from these websites, defunding those who would dare to host content or opinions deemed objectionable by GDI, and, apparently, the Department and affiliated organizations," Comer's letter to Blinken says.

The chairman objects to federal efforts such as DHS' formally scuttled Disinformation Governance Board, led by Russia hoax promoter Nina Jankowicz, and "labelingdissenting opinions as threats to critical infrastructure," referring to Comer's prior letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkasabout the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency's role in the EIP.

Jankowicz is also a target of House JudiciaryCommittee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio). He sought her testimony along with that of several Biden administration officials and allies in a flurry of letters last month that warned a "compulsory process" would soon follow to probe the politicization of federal agencies.

Comer asked Blinken to provide all documents and communications regarding direct or indirect grants and funding "used to suppress so-called mis-, dis-, or mal- information" from within the U.S. since President Biden's inauguration, including the GDI funding.

Documents and communications between State employees, contractors, grantees and others related to this suppression, as well as their identities, should also be turned over, Comer said.

"As a general matter, we do not comment on Congressional correspondence," a State Department spokesperson told Just the News, ignoring queries about whether the agency has changed its mind about funding misinformation efforts and what tangible benefit it provides versus the risk of censorship. GDI didn't respond.

(Janco is not gone, she’s just a hidden contractor, thats the way they roll imo)

RELEASE

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Biden Administration Announces Additional Security Assistance for Ukraine

Feb. 24, 2023

One year ago today, Russia launched an unprovoked and indefensible full-scale invasion of its peaceful and democratic neighbor Ukraine. One year on, the commitment of the United States, together with some50 countrieswho have rallied to rush urgently needed assistance to Ukraine, has only strengthened.

Today, the Department of Defense (DoD) is announcing a new security assistance package to reaffirm the steadfast support of the United States for Ukraine's brave defenders and strengthen Ukraine's air defenses. This package,which totals $2 billion, is being provided under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) as part of our commitment to Ukraine's long-term security.

Specifically, the United States is committing additional Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and counter-UAS and electronic warfare detection equipment, as well as critical ammunition stocks for artillery and precision fires capabilities that will bolster Ukraine's ability to repel Russian aggression.

Capabilities in this security assistance package include:

• Additional ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);

• Additional 155mm artillery rounds;

• Munitions for laser-guided rocket systems;

• CyberLux K8 UAS;

• Switchblade 600 UAS;

• Altius-600 UAS;

• Jump 20 UAS;

Counter-UAS and electronic warfare detection equipment;

• Mine clearing equipment;

• Secure communications support equipment;

• Funding for training, maintenance, and sustainment.

Unlike Presidential Drawdown, USAI is an authority under which the United States procures capabilities rather than delivering equipment that is drawn down from DoD stocks. This announcement represents thebeginning of a contracting process to provide additional capabilities to Ukraine's Armed Forces.

The United States will continue to work with its Allies and partners to provide Ukraine with capabilities to meet its immediate battlefield needs and longer-term security assistance requirements for as long as it takes.

Yes exactly what Trump wanted to prevent. Bannon and historians and military leaders say this is the worst possible combination, Russia and China aligned against the US and EU. This is bidan’s (Obama/HRc’s) stupid idea, oppse two of the three superpowers.

Bidan seems to think the EU backing him is powerful. He is either doing this to pay China back so China can take the US, or they all have the HRC complex of all powerful.

I’m pretty tired of this part of the movie. It’s time Bidan and team exit stage left now!
