However, all the responses carry a degree of accuracy. A lot of the money is "Dollar value of weapons"…meaning our Militiary Industrial Complex is getting a paycheck to send shit over there….from handgun ammo to stinger missiles etc.
Some of those supplies hit the foreground, much of it goes to oligarchs controlling (or trying to) territory and warehouses. From the warehouses, that will go to the highest bidder.
