CDC did not officially make an announcement about bad vax batches getting sent to red states, it's just obvious from the data.
Since sometime in 2020, researchers have been using CDC data to figure out that
(a) some batches has a lot more "kill and maim" potential than others
(b) those batches were a lot more likely to be distributed in RED states
work was reported in Dec 2020 by Mike Yeadon based on work done by Craig Paardekooper in a Corona Cmte sessio. Now others are also reporting on this.

Those gettting the jab in these RED states (with the highest death rates) were much more likely to DIE from the jab than CA (lowest death rate):ky, ak, wv, mt ak nd wy tn.
100% of deaths were causes by just 5% of the batches.
