There is no "coding error" that causes all timestaps to be mapped to 2 minutes after the hour!!!!
You don't have to be a master coder to grasp this!
You need like one solid CS course (with theory) or the experiential equivalent…
Pretty much ALL modern machines store the time as the "epoch time" (number of seconds since 1970 I think).
Then pretty much EVERY programming language has built-in functions to map that to some user friendly time string (accounting for local time zone settings).
By contrast, forcing all posts to display with a timestamp 2 minutes past the hour TAKES WORK!
SOMEONE WROTE THAT CODE!
