First the cop asks for an ID
Then while the guy is looking for his ID, the cop asks him if he has any weapons, then he gets mad at the guy for searching thru his pockets for his ID.
Not sure what the pill was about. The guy seemed a bit dull, but cops shouldn't be shooting people who are confused after the cops are barking out confusing questions and demands.
Some of these cops are such assholes. WTF?

He attacks the guy, drags him out of his car, throws him on the ground, jumps on top of him, then shoots him because he got a bloody ear and nose from attacking the guy.
