Huge amt of corruption involving multiple parties, public and private. She gives names and details on extensive bribes and false documents available.
SO much corruption: example, state u's have been infiltrated, false docs can be issued like academic credentials. MUCH MUCH more. Judges, legislators, prosecutors has all been bribed. Many databases involved.

Conclusions: Deeds of trust in both their names makes it look like they purchased a home every 2-3 years - possible but unlikely.
