Jesus was Jewish, the Promised Messiah. That is why the O.T. is full of genealogy. But once the prophesy was fulfilled thru Jesus, genealogy was no longer necessary.
Jews nowadays have no special claims to anything. They need to repent and believe that Jesus is the Promised Messiah.
