Seems like a narrative to make everyone depressed or scared is the plan from them.

This seems like a way to make the public wake up and read bad news that is really ugly as they open their PC or Phone for the day and to set it off with fear porn. Great way to up the RX for depression and to cause many to be really scared and hope for suicide success or to not want to participate in the outside life.

Seems intentional to me.
