Paul L. Friedman, presiding judge over the Clinton RICO, was nominated by none other than Bill Clinton in 1994. Yeah, I'd say that's a sort of conflict, yeah? Even if it somehow isn't I think a different judge may be a good way to go. Who referred/recommended Friedman get the case? What was the so called chain of custody for this?
