I have an idiot sister that went to prison. Her kids were in foster care, and the foster parents were Mormon. I was only about 20 at the time, and the kids and I were very close but I had moved away a year earlier. My wife and I moved back to where they were and wanted to take them, and the kids wanted us to. The Mormon foster mom asked me if we would bring the kids to her temple every week, and I said no, we went to the non denominational church. Next thing I know the kids are supposedly afraid of me and don't want to see me. The foster parents and the CPS lady turned on me, and we weren't able to get the kids (judge was a corrupt POS). They're adults now and told me the foster dad was quite abusive.
