About IP hopping.
I see a lot of kvetching here about IP hopping.
I live in a country where, without use of a VPN, I cannot post, or in some limited cases, even lurk here.
Sometimes I have to change servers in order to post. It changes my IP. I can't help it. It is what it is. So what is the big opposition to IP hopping? I ain't doing it to deceive anybody.
