Now that I posted this, miraculously Soc Serv answers with a so called "employee" and says they will take care of it. I could tell it was an call center in India as there were many in the background yet she seemed to have all my information. The claim was I never did the application although I re-certified 2 twice before and verified I was approved by phone. I was lied to several times before and given the run around for 8 hrs a day for 2 weeks by the very same phone numbers; we will see when I verify on 3/3. Either way you look at it, they have to be targeting me and rerouting my phone calls.
