Corporations live forever now, not like the old days when they had their 20 year charters automatically expire, and after an audit of their history, their charters were not re-instated due to bad behavior toward the public.

There is a thing in law called the rule against perpetuities.

You will find it in the Wills and Trusts law text books.

What is it?

The human is not allowed to give his land to his "family" forever in his will at death.

Why?

Long ago Europeans had to deal with the reality that land would be collected up and kept in the hands of a few wealthy families.

Nothing should be allowed to own land forever, if humans can not.

All the royal families kept their land in their families.

Peasants had nowhere to buy or live.

It will happen here. Corporations will take all the land over generations.

There will be nothing left for human beings, just like what happened in Europe over the many years.

So.

This has to be prevented using law.

We have to go back to the way corporations were treated at the time of the founders and the writing of the Constitution.

Then sues the farmers for "stealing" their trash?

Time to take their charter of "fictitious person" away.
