These illegal alien detention facilities are run privately. After the Crime & Immigration Bill signed by Clinton and pushed publicly by Killary at the time ("bring them to heel," era), private detention facilities grew like weeds, as did the number of immigrants being detained. I think it's worth digging on the companies, their shareholders, their political donations, etc. Also worth digging to find out how they track the hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied minors they have, "processed," over the past 25 years.
