I can answer this as God's witness. Why do I say I am God's witness? Because I saw what Moses saw and have testified to it. That makes me a witness, not an anointed witness. The Moshiac or Messiah is revealed only to an individual based upon one's earnings. They cannot perceive until they change their ways, of which they never will. Their chaos will just bind them in Ol Sheol beyond their imagination. They must pay for blood that they have spilled including those that they have caused to spill blood based on their nefarious ways. Define those that Adorn their Heads.
