The layers of lies and deception are so fuckin’ deep at this point that I’m not even sure they can be untangled much less believed after all the centuries of false history being piled upon one another.

Ya, I came across some sort of “how to” manual put out by the Monroe institute a couple years back but life was chaotic and I never got dialed in and disciplined with the practice. Book has since gotten buried in my book collection somewhere. Then recently an anon recommended the Journeys trilogy. Blew through the first one and just starting on the second. Good shit! Haven’t had a full on oobe yet, but did get into some crazy dream patterns Jan-Mar ‘22 when I was doing some hardcore detoxing. But then I started taking the pots again and it all disappeared. Need to regain that discipline and get back to exploring those other timelines in muh dreams. Shit was bonkers and there for a while I’d have to really collect myself upon reawakening to this “reality” in the mornings.
Lucid dreaming is definitely where I’ve had the most success vs the guided meditations. Just felt naturally drown down that path.
