Saw this earlier today and had kids at dentists so couldn't respond until now. But I've been wondering about the "global grant awards" feature of this answer so I googled the guy. He's a retired Air Force General.

if Jack L. Rives one of the "TV General" globalist sellouts who President Trump talks about on a pretty regular basis? Because what the fuck was a retired Air Force General doing with "global grant awards to conduct a range of rule of law initiatives"?

Not all generals are on our side, right? Think: General Jim "Purple Tie-Black Eye" Mattis. We know some of the TV Generals are our enemies. Since it seems that the legal system went to hell while this particular general was in charge it makes me think he might have been selling out America or maybe purposely taking steps to destroy the US system?

Was he selling us out to China or other globalists?

If ResignationAnon is still around and still tracking resignations, this one might be a good one to track.

Another question is, now that we know this long time guy is leaving, now what? Do they go out of business like Bed Bath and Beyond? Do they put another globalist in place? And finally, how much of an effect do these kinds of changes have on our FBI, other agencies, lawmakers, etc?
