1) a one yr supply isn't enough think 3-5
reason being you need practice in growing food
2) Every tom dick and harry will be hunting don't rely on hunting.
Don't spend money on buying survival foods spend it on seeds.
Get lots of different verity.
Growing food now shows your weakness in having a successful harvest it's best to expose this now.
