I am truly sorry to hear about your loss anon. I know when Trump was in office he fired 9.6k staff members and gave vets alternative choice. I was the one who told him that they are hiring foreign doctors from where we had previous operations who had a dog in the fight. I mentioned on this board many times over for the Q team and MI to safeguard from this ever happening again. Remember, it is not the institution that is responsible but the people who have the authority at these institutions that are responsible: Certain doctors, administrative staff, nurses, law enforcement, political appointees, etc…
