Shift in tactics? I just finished reading the first 43 pages of the "BYRNE VS THE USUAL SUSPECTS" RICO compliant and all I can say is WOW!
It's a basic civil lawsuit, but opens up the public record. Summons have already been issued and hundreds of witnesses are available. Care to lie under oath in front of a REAL judge? The judge in this basic civil case can pretty much do whatever he wants (I think) such as: Allow for TV coverage (like OJ's case), refer anyone for criminal prosecution, demand real answers, force people to show up, etc.
Contempt of Congress means nothing to these people, contempt of court means jail time. Just AWESOME! No more stonewalling or lies (ie: RR and Congress). Grab some popcorn, enjoy the show!
