Also, planned cities are almost always shit. De-regulating, un-taxing and re-legalizing MAGA country is a better solution. Let the American people manage their own affairs. Forcing taxpayers in MAGA-country to cough-up and pay to rebuild the crumbling infrastructure of blue-state America is a fail.
The people who are are forced to pay for this, like me, need to be put in charge of the whole thing; and we need to be the ones who profit from it too.
Now that Trump has a "mandate" from the people, he had better not betray us with moar centrally-planned shit. These institutions need to be destroyed, not re-legitimized with a renewed veil of deception and lies.
