US Navy decom sub/Red October sync

Navy tweet about a sub heading for decommission in Kitsap, WA (which happens to be a few miles from Whidbey Island). The vessel is SSN 722.

Drop 722 coincidentally(?) features a Red October reference.

The timestamp (9:02 AM ET) also syncs to a Navy drop, BUT USN regularly tweets a few minutes past the hour so it may be legit coincidence.
