Doc did NOT put me on meds, as I had no history there, and had a follow-up scheduled shortly after (TWO DAYS).
On the way home, I bought a bottle of Nattokinase, 200 mg.
Directions said take TWO per day.
Took TWO that night.
Next day, BP NORMAL.
Took two THAT DAY.
Next day, BP NORMAL.
Doctors visit went well.
NO BP MEDS.
Will continue with the Nattokinase.
