Rinsing your sinuses is popular in southern Ohio. You couldn't pay me enuf to pour water up my nose. Isn't that how people drown?

Telling you what I see. Not all but seems the folks that tell me their experience with online do know this is expected. Very casual about the whole business, tell details to friends.
