The only benefit of having a brain that won't STFU is that everything else gets tuned out. Adapting to a City is similar to when you first learn to drive a car. At first you're super-focused and use up a lot of energy but after a while it becomes auto-pilot.

It takes mostly balls / ovaries to move from a quiet town to a City. Helps if you have family or friends to help you out, I would use that to your advantage bigtime which I never had. I have come to learn how brave city-women are actually, cities are full of women that hold themselves super-well.

A lot of people crash and burn in the City though, the machine will eat you alive if you let it. But I think that's mostly because of the (bad) drugs and gangsters, if fix that problem Cities would be even 100x better than it is now.
