Not sure what this means. The US government launched an mRNA bioweapons program against the US population. Not only that but virtually all countries in the earth participated to a certain extent. China and Russia are not using mRNA it seems, so that suggests their leadership is slightly more rational than the US deep state "government". So the biggest threat to US population is not Russians or Chinese. Maybe toxic waste detonations could make people acutely ill, but infiltrators wouldn't get too far if the Biden regime wasn't letting them in.
