This is a disgusting abuse of power. There is no such thing as hereditary behavior. There is a huge difference between poor and lazy.
Some people are kept poor on purpose either through censorship, blacklisting, sabotage, medical malpractice, prejudices, unfair competition, poisonings, favoritism, gang stalking, and many more.
