This happened in Singapore recently. A mum complained to the school principal about their Indian tutor's body odor. The principal responded by chasing out the mum with a broom stick. Citizen also criticized the mum and branded her as racist.
In Singapore there's zero tolerance for racism. But in this case, I think it's just right to ask for different tutor. It's difficult to concentrate and study when thereโs a foul smell. Maybe it can be compared to studying in a dumpster.
This made me think, what's wrong with complaining about the smell? Smell is a just a smell, nothing more. It has nothing to do with race. Everyone has a smell. It's pure hygiene. We all know that diet contributes to the smell. With proper hygiene body odor can be prevented.
Sugar coating every word to address the issue is probably the best way of addressing the issue. However, some people have onion skin and anything you say they'll regard it as a cultural thing.
In conclusion, I don't consider body odor as a cultural thing. It's just hygiene. Everyone should be mindful of their hygiene specially if they interact with people.

The Atlanta Police Foundation is building a police militarization facility for police to train in urban warfare.
โTo be clear โ cop city is not just a controversial training center. It is a war base where police will learn military-like maneuvers to kill black people and control our bodies and movements. The facility includes shooting ranges, plans for bomb testing, and will practice tear gas deployment. They are practicing how to make sure poor and working class people stay in line. So when the police kill us in the streets again, like they did to Rayshard Brooks in 2020, they can control our protests and community response to how they continually murder our peopleโ โ Kwame Olufemi, Community Movement Builders
