Why isn't the US Gov/US Mil, and Donald Trump, and Joe Biden, and Barack Obama named in this lawsuit? Pfizer built products to contracted spec, per DARPAs specific requirements.

If the US MIL/DARPA puts out a classified RFP, the respondent pool for mrna tech is tiny. And those contracted would be engaged to perform a specific task, with specific deliverables, on a specific timeline, at a specific rate. It is highly likely that these were 'no-bid' contracts, as there are only a handful or less of companies that could meet the required deliverable technology and the volume of said tech, with the scale of manufacturing and distribution capabilities, and r & d required.
