To the best of my knowledge, Rosenstein has always been "RR" and not a single "R".
That's what struck me as odd about the post. On the other side of the same coin, Q refers to BHO as "Hussein", so I was confused.
I'll re-post graphic again in case other anons missed it from last bread. Ideas welcomed for sure!
