What do school parents, Catholic attendees of Latin Mass and pro-life activists have in common? They've all been branded by the FBI as potential domestic terrorist threats in what whistleblowers say is a growing trend of using intelligence threat tags to enforce cancel culture.

The latest revelation came this past weekend when House Republicans released testimony from an FBI whistleblower who alleged colleagues in the bureau flipped a terrorist threat tag originally created to flag threats against pro-life Supreme Court justices into a signifier that anti-abortion protesters were somehow a threat.

The revelation came months after confirmation that similar threat tags were reserved for parents raising concerns about curriculum at school board meetings and the disclosure of an FBI memo suggesting Catholics who prefer the legacy Latin Mass posed a risk of extremist violence.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the chairman of the powerful House Judiciary Committee told Just the News on Tuesday the pattern is a disturbing new trend in the political weaponization of federal law enforcement that can be traced all the way back to the launch of the Russia collusion probe targeting Donald Trump in 2016 based on uncorroborated allegations from his Democrat rival Hillary Clinton's campaign.

"If it's [targeting] parents, that's one thing," Jordan said on the John Solomon Reports podcast. "Traditional Catholics — okay, well, that's a concern too. But when it gets to be three, which is what we learned from a whistleblower when he said they were targeting pro-lifers, now we see a pattern, right? So it's parents, traditional Catholics, pro-lifers — all are wrong. Now it's a pattern."

In testimony released this weekend, FBI whistleblower Garret O'Boyle told congressional investigators the bureau issued guidance following the Dobbs abortion decision that overturned Roe v. Wade so agents could "look into … pregnancy centers" using the tag "THREATTOSCOTUS2022."

O'Boyle found this strange, he testified, because it was pro-choice activists who were "protesting or otherwise threatening violence in front of Supreme Court Justices' houses."

He was asked to talk to a pro-life informant "about the threats to the Supreme Court," he testified. "I was like, why would this person know about those threats? He's pro-life. Like, he's not the one going and threatening the Supreme Court Justices."

O'Boyle never received guidance from the FBI to look into attacks on pro-life facilities, churches, or pregnancy resource centers, he told congressional investigators, illustrating how the threat tag was turned on its head to target pro-lifers instead of radicalized pro-choice supporters as was originally intended.

Local activists in East Palestine, Ohio claimed on Monday that their activism has persuaded Norfolk Southern to accept a restricted relocation plan for some residents impacted by the train derailment last month. However, they added that they have no intention of abandoning their demand for justice for the thousands of residents in the area who are struggling as a result of the accident.

The company’s proposal to offer financial help to residents who live within a one-mile radius of the accident site “is not enough,” said River Valley Organizing (RVO), which last week produced a list of five requests for the people of East Palestine and the surrounding area.

RVO described the proposal as a “win,” but pointed out that people can only move temporarily and that the disaster “has had a far-reaching impact.”

“We’re going to keep pushing until the community gets the help it is owed. We need to stop letting Norfolk Southern put their profits ahead of the people of our community,” RVO said.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which late last month ordered Norfolk Southern to shoulder all financial obligations for cleaning up contamination from vinyl chloride, a carcinogenic chemical the derailed train was carrying, acknowledged Monday that residents have complained of lingering odors in the town as the company continues to remove thousands of tons of contaminated soil.

“At EPA’s request, Norfolk Southern has agreed to provide additional financial assistance to residents of the East Palestine area, including the portions of Pennsylvania within a mile of the derailment site. This assistance may include temporary lodging, travel, food, clothing, and other necessities,” the EPA said.

The EPA informed RVO and other local residents that the company started removing soil beneath the train tracks on Saturday and that it has started mailing notices to those who the relocation plan applies to.

Residents will be able to pay for their relocation using a prepaid debit card supported by Norfolk Southern and can also ask a company contracted by the rail operator to clean the inside and outside of their homes.

While the company and other officials have downplayed the threat the derailment provides to local residents by claiming that so far there have been no serious findings in water and air testing, a source told The Ohio Star last month that forestry workers have found that animals are dying at alarming rates in Ohio’s parks.

There have also been a growing number of reports of health concerns from residents following the derailment. Some residents last month say medical professionals have diagnosed them with bronchitis, lung issues, and rashes that doctors and nurses suspect link to the chemical exposure.

Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan has dropped a bomb on President Joe Biden’s administration.

The representative has subpoenaed former short-lived “Disinformation Governance Board” Czar Nina Jankowicz, The Epoch Times reported. He penned a letter to Jankowicz with the subpoena that advised her that his committee was conducting oversight of her former Board.

“The Committee on the Judiciary is conducting oversight of the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), its creation, its activities, and related matters. We have repeatedly sought information from you concerning your official actions and duties as a DHS employee and former Executive Director of the Board, including how the Board intended to define disinformation, how it planned to collect information and from what sources, how it anticipated countering disinformation, and how it proposed to protect First Amendment rights,” the representative said.

“We first wrote to you on May 5, 2022, requesting your voluntary cooperation with our oversight of the Board, its operations, and your work as Executive Director. In a subsequent letter dated December 1, 2022, we again requested that you provide documents and appear for a voluntary transcribed interview with the Committee. We reiterated our request for a voluntary transcribed interview in the 118th Congress in letters dated January 27, 2023, February 16, 2023, and March 1, 2023. To date, however, you have declined to comply voluntarily with our request for a transcribed interview,” he said.

“The Supreme Court has recognized that Congress has a ‘broad and indispensable’ power to conduct oversight, which ‘encompasses inquiries into the administration of existing laws, studies of proposed laws, and surveys in our social, economic or political system for the purpose of enabling Congress to remedy them.’ Rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives authorizes the Committee on the Judiciary to conduct oversight of matters involving civil liberties to inform potential legislation. Our oversight of the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ and its effect on Americans’ civil liberties fall squarely within the Committee’s jurisdiction and are ‘subject[s] on which legislation could be had.’ These potential legislative reforms include the prohibition of such a federal ‘disinformation’ entity, restrictions on the executive branch’s authority to collect speech-related information about American citizens, or enhanced protections surrounding civil liberties. As the former Executive Director of the Board, you are uniquely situated to provide information that is relevant and necessary to inform the Committee’s oversight and potential legislative reforms,” the representative said.

“Accordingly, and in light of your disregard of our earlier voluntary requests, please find attached a subpoena compelling you to appear for a deposition,” he said.

the family has a lot of cash riding on his death

it a shame that he died, being so young and all that, but clearly, he did not die due to the j6

the family lawsuit hinges on j6 cause of death

yes, but most egregious is holding ordinary Americans as political prisoners denying due process rights, in part, by denying the j6 accused access to the 40,000+ hours of tape, which can be used as exculpatory evidence to prove their innocence.

it actually strengthens the case of j6 tapes being released/shown to the public, if they say tucker hates Trump, then they are proving that Trump is not behind the release of the tapes

these people are stupid (and panic stricken)
