Lived in NM, was at the opening of the boondoggle El Camino Real Heritage Center, there were terrific exhibits.

Truly in the middle of nowhere, even for New Mexico.

NM has had lousy leadership all the way back to Popay and the 1680 Pueblo Revolt where they ran off the Spaniards.

Food was great. Pretty brown girls. Not worth living there. Burqueños run it, no matter what the people of the rest of the state think.

Who will the boss man throw under the bus?

Ryan? Tucker (a Democrat until 2020, according to his Wiki)? The Biden aide who is in upper-echelon of management?

Do we care, really?

Anon submits they will settle for less than the $1.6B. Hopefully further exposing the media lies, and truths of ineptitude of Dominion, because that has also come out in all this (they just ain't reportin' dat shit!).

Look here, not there

Yet, the Republican position, which collapsed the Whigs (Eastern elites who DGAF about "flyover" voters) Party was that of abolition, which won the election in 1860.

Lincoln did work to find a place to send the slaves to be free, as did Marcus Garvey in the 1920s. Science at the time said slaves were lesser beings, reinforced by eugenicist Charles Darwin (born the same year as Lincoln, whose "great" work was published in 1859).

Lincoln was a savvy politician, and used the Emancipation Proclamation to strengthen US army volunteering, as they couldn't attract soldiers to fight. This tepid growth of the army, as well as mostly superior generals in the Confederacy (though Lee's errors eventually cost them the war; one has to wonder if it was purposeful to fail three times at Gettysburg using the same maneuver) allowed the war to go on longer than should have been necessary.

Lincoln (as he often said) was all about preserving the nation.
